Lentinan is an orally active biocompatible multifunctional polysaccharide with biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immune regulation, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, and lipid-lowering[1][4].

Lentinan (100 μg/mL, 6 h) 通过激活 Nrf2 信号通路抑制氧化应激并减轻 LPS 诱导的牛乳腺上皮细胞炎症和凋亡[1]。

Lentinan (5, 10, 20 mg/kg; 1 天 1 次; 5 天; 口服) 通过调节 TLR4/MyD88 信号通路抑制炎症反应在 ICR 小鼠中发挥抗流感作用[2]。
Lentinan (40, 100, 250 mg/kg; 1 天 1 次; 5 天; 腹腔注射) 通过减弱 Erk-FoxO1 信号转导抑制调节性 T 细胞功能来改善烧伤小鼠脓毒症[3]。
Lentinan (100 μM, 200 μL; 1 天 1 次; 皮下注射) 通过抑制 JAK2/STAT3 信号通路上调 miR-216a-5p 来减缓小鼠肺腺癌的发生发展[4]。
Lentinan (200 mg/kg; 1 天 1 次; 14 天; 口服) 可改善抗生素诱导的小鼠的肠道炎症和肠道菌群失调[5]。
Lentinan (10 mg/kg; 1 天 1 次; 12 周; 口服) 通过抑制 CAV1/SDHA 调节的线粒体功能障碍来缓解小鼠糖尿病性心肌病[6]。

Animal Model: Virus-infected ICR mice[2].
Dosage: 5, 10, 20 mg/kg
Administration: Oral gavage (p.o.); once a day; 5 days
Result: Had a high degree of protection in mice against infection with influenza A virus, delayed the emergence of clinical manifestations, improved the survival rate of mice, significantly prolonged the middle survival days, attenuated the weight loss, and reduced the lung coefficient of mice.
Animal Model: Male BALB/c mice model of burn plus P. aeruginosa infection[3].
Dosage: 40, 100, 250 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.); once a day; 5 days
Result: Reduced lipopolysaccharide induced IL-10 production and weakened LPS stimulated Erk-FoxO1 activation in Tregs isolated from burned mice.
Animal Model: Male BALB/c nude mice with H1299 cells[4].
Dosage: 100 μM, 200 μL
Administration: Subcutaneous injection (s.c.); once a day
Result: Reduced tumor volume, weight, and Ki-67 expression levels.
Animal Model: Antibiotic-driven gut microbial dysbiosis mice[5].
Dosage: 200 mg/kg
Administration: Oral gavage (p.o.); once a day; 14 days
Result: Reversed the dysbiosis and increased beneficial microbiota, including S24-7, Lactobacillus, Oscillospira, Ruminococcus and Allobaculum.
Animal Model: Male db/db mice[6].
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Oral gavage (p.o.); once a day; 12 weeks
Result: Restored diastolic function and alleviated myocardial remodeling in diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM).
